If you have concerns about the quality of an over-the-counter eye drop you are using, including issues with the bottle or vial, don’t just throw it away - report it. If possible, report it to both the company and direct to the FDA.

All products should have a phone number to call. If you can’t find one, try googling the product brand and “customer service phone”. You can also contact Dry Eye Foundation for assistance tracking down the correct company.
